Bio:
Jenn received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Human Development from California State University Long Beach. She earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at California State University Dominguez Hills, and is a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of California.
Jenn is a passionate and culturally responsive therapist with a love for pediatrics. Her diverse occupational therapy background includes experience in the NICU, pediatric outpatient clinics, Level I trauma & burn units, and school-based settings. She has experience providing interventions to address a variety of diagnoses and delays including fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, activities of daily living, and emotional regulation.
Play-based and child-led care are central to her approach to therapy. Jenn’s passion for working with children stems from the creativity, excitement, and caregiver involvement in creating individualized treatment plans that instill confidence and skills for her clients to attain their highest potential and empower their quality of life. She is motivated by building productive and meaningful relationships with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
In her free time, you can find Jenn cozying up with a good book, attending a concert, or catching a hockey/football game!
